Project Scope
Our project scope is defined by the specific architectural requirements and structural specifications provided by the client. Any significant deviations from the approved plans require a formal amendment and additional quotation.
Quotation and Pricing
Quotations are provided based on current market rates and material availability. All pricing includes labor, materials, and standard site management fees. Changes to the scope of work may impact the final cost.
Payment Terms
Payment is due in advance for the initial phase of the project. Subsequent milestones are typically tied to the completion of specific structural or design deliverables. Late payments may incur a 1.5% monthly interest.
Material and Design Changes
Any changes to the original design or material selection must be approved in writing by the project manager. Unauthorized modifications may result in additional costs and delays to the overall project timeline.
Additional Work
Work outside the original scope of the project is considered additional work. Such tasks are subject to a new quotation and formal written agreement before commencement.
Project Timeline
Estimated timelines are provided as a general guide. Actual completion dates depend on weather conditions, material availability, and site access. We strive for timely completion but may adjust schedules due to unforeseen circumstances.
Site Access
Full access to the construction site is required for the project manager and team to ensure safety and efficiency. Clients are responsible for providing clear access and maintaining a secure environment.
Cancellation
Full cancellation of a project requires 30 days' written notice. A cancellation fee of 10% of the total project value will be deducted from any refundable deposits.
Warranty/Defects
Standard workmanship warranties are provided for one year from the date of project completion. We guarantee the structural integrity and quality of all materials used in our construction and design services.
Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from the contract must be resolved through direct negotiation. If unresolved, the matter may be escalated to mediation or legal proceedings in accordance with local laws.
Client Acceptance
Final acceptance of the completed project is required by the client before the final payment is released. Any outstanding issues must be resolved prior to the project being deemed complete.
